1 Corinthians Questions & Summary

Summary: Paul follows the message from the previous chapters, he first starts by reemphasising that he’s merely a servant, stop the glaze. A true servant of God is faithful. He brings to light the fact that he isn’t phased by people’s opinions of him including himself, he had a guilt free conscience but even then only God’s opinion on him matters, telling them not to judge each other whether by overgrazing someone or looking down on someone- like jumping to conclusions cz God who know the heart will have final judgement on each individual, judging some n commending others. He then focuses more on the division brought by either exalting people or devaluing them, he emphasizes on how instead of creating own ideas, being prideful brings division, advises to stay in God’s word (he gives the himself and others like him as an example of how servants of God are usually treated and their similar trials also how they act through them verse 9-13) to them he advises not be puffed or just talk also reminding them that all they have they were given so that they shouldn’t boast and ends with him showing that living out the faith is what Jesus will make true judgement from when he comes.
