2 Corinthians Questions, Summary & Application

Chapter 5: ✅ Application: This chapter is a wake-up call to just live knowing that there’s something greater than this (temporary) life to come, teaching to not focus on the things that have an ending but keep my eyes fixed on that which is eternal (heavenly). Always have my trust in God even when things are chaotic or don’t make sense waking by faith not sight. It also reminds me that everything I do will appear before the judgement of Christ so encouraging not to just live carelessly (but not bringing fear because Christ has paid the price that was due for me because of what I had fallen short in) Verse 17 (pretty clear) ““Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” and lastly I’m reminded that I’m a letter that people read to lead them to Christ or far from him so I should be a true representative (ambassador) of Christ.
