Application: Galatians chap 2 firstly covers the fact that people who had the gospel of Christ were kind of still holding onto their traditions: works. So we don’t rely on our works because they’re not what saves us and holding on to them contradicts the message which we have received of being justified by faith through grace in Christ Jesus. Shouldn’t fear people because it could impact how we conduct ourselves in fear of being judged. And that can influence others in a way that we wouldn’t want to. we should let The law of God lead us to Christ not rely on it to save us or justify coz only Christ can. Rely on him for transformation “Who loved me and gave himself for me” It’s personal (verse 20) so it should be beyond just information but a relationship. Die to self daily - not just a one time thing but taking up my own cross daily and following him Having Christ as the centre not self bcz the answer is more and more of Jesus (DA “The only defense against evil is the indwelling of Christ in the heart through faith in His righteousness.”)
